Return & Refund Policy 

• SLOW ROVER attaches great importance to the shopping experience of every customer. Please carefully check whether the jewellery is in good condition after receiving it. If there are any problems such as damage or shipping errors, please feel free to contact us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
• Should you need to apply for a return or exchange, please send an email to [email protected] within seven days to make an application. The returned jewellery must be kept in its original packaging and unused. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
• All customise products are not eligible for return or exchange. Please carefully review all product information and sizing before making a purchase.
  
• Goody bags, on sale products, are final sales and can not be returned or exchanged.

退換貨政策

• SLOW ROVER 重視每一位顧客的購物體驗，請在收到商品後仔細檢查商品是否完好，若有損壞、瑕疵、出貨錯誤等問題請隨時與我們聯繫，我們會儘速為您處理。
• 如需辦理退換貨請在7日內發送電子郵件至[email protected] 提出申請，退換貨商品需保持原包裝且未被使用過，非瑕疵商品退換貨運費需由消費者承擔。
• 所有客製化商品如：雷射刻字、鍊長修改、特殊戒圍訂製等非常規規格商品由於無法進行二次銷售不在退換貨申請範圍內，請在下單前仔細確認商品尺寸與細節。
• 福袋、特殊活動促銷商品等不在退換貨申請範圍內。
